  • What is the CCSE? The 2019 Canadian Conference on Social Enterprise will be the 9th annual social enterprise conference to be hosted in Canada and invites you to join hundreds of existing and prospective social enterprise operators from every region in Canada. The CCSE offers an exciting three days of training and work sessions, networking opportunities, speakers and dynamic, interactive events.

  • Who can join? the Conference is valuable for project managers, executive directors, board members, and staff of a wide range of non-profit organizations. Social enterprise is a growing movement in communities across Canada. For 10 years, the Social Enterprise Council of Canada has been bringing community developers, social entrepreneurs, and policy makers together to envision how these businesses can solve our biggest problems.

Partnering with national leaders, the Social Enterprise Ecosystem Project, you can expect a rich 3 day experience filled with networking, peer-learning and workshops on key topics, and opportunities to shape the future priorities of the Social Enterprise Council of Canada.


Day 1 – Evening Opening Reception & Plenary

Enjoy an Indigenous welcome to the area before a plenary focused on the Social Innovation and Social Finance Strategy, and ample opportunity to meet old and new friends.

Day 2 – Learning Exchanges & Evening Reception

Join your peers in focused sessions at local social enterprises (travel included), then network across the sector at a fun evening event.
